Every year, on May 17th, we celebrate IDAHOT, the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia, to stand up for the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
It is my job to make sure all employees are aware of this day, the reason for it and to have them come together as a team to celebrate the raising of the Pride Flag.
